The
Company has imported word-class equipment and takes the leading position in
domestic market in terms of the new differential elastic fiber materials,
differentiation filament, differential fiber dyeing and finishing technology,
and other fields. It has successfully developed new materials- a new type of
differential elastic fiber: SPH, D400, PTH, and CEI which filled the domestic
blank, and become industry
model product. It has successfully implemented
a project called “development project of a two-component differential composite
fiber technology”, one of the projects from national eight revitalization plan
made by MIIT ministry. Base on the advanced technology that introduced from
HUVIS of South Korea, and after research and renovation, the company has
developed many series products such as three-dimensional crimp firmseries (SSY
series), elastic composite series (CEY series), wool-like series (REN series),
imitation linenseries (LNY series), and high elastic series (PWY series), which
lead the development direction of polyester differential fiber. At the same time,
the company advocates environment-friendly printing and dyeing, and the dyeing agents
used in process have met the environment protection requirements in the highest
industry standard -OTEX-100.
